Chief Brian Rzyski

Chief Brian Rzyski joined the Park Forest Police Department in 2000. Throughout his career, he has served in the Patrol Division and Investigations Division, as a member of the Special Operations Group, as a Field Training Officer, and as an investigator with the South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force. Rzyski has prior experience as Deputy Chief of Support Services and of Operations. He is also a certified Taser Instructor and serves as Director of the South Suburban Major Accident Reconstruction Team Executive Board. Rzyski is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and holds a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from Governors State University.

Deputy Chief John DeCeault

Deputy Chief of Operations John DeCeault joined the Park Forest Police Department in 2007. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from Calumet College of Saint Joseph and a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, where he was also a member of the varsity wrestling team. He has served as a field training officer, tactical officer, and detective. He was assigned to the South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force, is a defensive tactics instructor, and most recently was the Deputy Chief of Support Services. John recently graduated from the 281st Session of the FBI National Academy.

Deputy Chief Kristopher Vallow

Deputy Chief Kristopher Vallow began his law enforcement career in 2002 and joined the Park Forest Police Department in 2009. Kristopher served as a detective, evidence technician and a tactical officer. Kristopher was a member of the South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force and the South Suburban Major Accident Reconstruction Team. Kristopher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Safety Management through Calumet College of Saint Joseph. He is currently the Deputy Chief of Support Services and is currently attending the Northwestern School of Staff and Command.
