Powered by Just Ballin...Bitty Ball is a fundamentally driven division specifically for our smallest hoopers in grades Pre-K (must be 4 years old) to 2nd grade. Boys and girls will learn the basics of basketball, build confidence, develop teamwork and learn social skills in a positive and structured setting. Youth will participate in games where coaches will continue to emphasize skill development while promoting healthy competition. Basketball goals are lowered to 8 feet, and appropriate youth-sized basketballs are used. All participants will receive a uniform, and awards will be distributed at the end of the season. Spectator fee may apply. No refunds will be given under any circumstance. Please ensure accuracy in child's uniform size when registering, as replacement uniforms will not be issued.  No class December 25, December 26, December 27, January 1, January 2, and January 3.

Practices will be held during the week and players will be assigned teams and practice days on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (depending on team and coach). Practice is held from 6:30-7:45 pm. Practices held at Talala School, games are on Sundays at the Recreation Center.

There will be a parent meeting on Saturday, December 8th at Rich East High School at 1 pm. 

Volunteers help make our programs possible. If you are interested in coaching or refereeing, please contact Kevin Adams at (708) 283-5650. There will be a Coaches Meeting on Saturday November 10th at 11 am for interested coaches at the Recreation Center.

Park Forest Youth Basketball League (PFYBL)
The PFYBL is a recreational league for boys and girls in grade 3rd-8th. In addition to emphasizing the fundamentals of the sport (passing, shooting, ball-handling and defense). Participants will learn the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship. Youth will be assigned to a team that will play in competitive games with standings being updated weekly. Most games are played on Saturday mornings/afternoon. Other participating communities may be included. All participants will receive a uniform, with awards being distributed at seasons end. Practices and game locations may vary. Spectator fee may apply. No refunds will be given under any circumstance. Please ensure accuracy in child's uniform size when registering, as replacement uniforms will not be issued. Registration deadline is December 7th. No class December 25, December 26, December 27, January 1,
January 2, and January 3.

*Practice will be either 6-7:15 pm or 7:30-8:45 pm once assigned to a team.


League Draft and Parents Meeting will take place Saturday December 8th at Rich East High School starting at

Payment Plan Available: $45 per child is due at registration with the remaining balance paid in full by January 2, 2019. A $10 payment plan processing fee is due at registration. Parent/Guardian must complete payment plan and registration paperwork at the Recreation & Parks Department.

This Cheer Program is designed for our baby dancers and cheerleaders. Participants in this program will focus on the fundamentals of cheer and the importance of rhythm. Participants will cheer at the Bitty Ball league games during the season on Sundays.

Taekwondo is a Korean style method of unarmed self-defense and sport. The word Tae means leg (foot), Kwon means hand (or fist) and Do stands for the way of mental discipline to repel aggression. Taekwondo does not mean fighting, but it symbolizes the cultivation of a well-rounded character in it's practitioners, through self-respect, indomitable spirit of discipline, coordination and control. It is also an Olympic Sport. Program is led by World Champion, Master Ben Effiok. No class November 22.  

A one-time $65 uniform fee is required (payable to the instructor) on the first day of the class. Uniform fee is subject to change.

Bitty Soccer Spring Camp  
The South-East Suburban Soccer League (IL) is proud to present Bitty Soccer! This fundamental skills based 7-week training program introduces your little kicker to ball skills, passing, defense and small-sided games (depending on rosters). Just For Girls Sports Camps
These 6-week camps are designed to foster a love of sport and physical activity through the introduction of various programs throughout the course of a year. These low-cost programs include Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Softball, Soccer and Flag Football. Each program is only $20!

Programs are held on Saturdays and run approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. Participants will receive a shirt for each session registered. There are only 25 spots for each program, so don’t delay register today! Program is led by Kevin Adams.

Thursday Premier Men's Softball League
Park Forest will continue to offer its quality Adult Men's Softball League this season. Our Thursday Men's Premier League is for those competitive teams looking to play against the best. League is ASA Sanctioned. No games on July 4.

Team sign ups only. Registration deadline is Monday April 29th. Season length depends on total number of teams registered. Team Rosters must be submitted via Quickscores. Website login information will be provided after registration and payment by league administrator.

Payment Plan available: Half down ($375) at registration with balance due by April 29, 2019. An additional $10 payment plan processing fee is due at registration.
