Cardio Drumming
iBang Cardo Fitness Drumming

Come and rock out your workout with iBang Cardio Fitness Drumming. Join this lively exercise class that utilizes dance moves and cardio intervals with the fun of drumming. This workout is a 45 minute series. You can burn between 600-900 calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt muscles and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer you, all while rocking out to great music. Michelle Davis instructs the class.

Class size is limited so reserve your spot today! Register for multiple classes in the same week and receive a discount. Register for 2 classes a week for $40 or 3 classes a week for $60. To receive the discount you must register in-person or over the phone with a credit card.

Drop-in fee available for $10 per class - payable to the instructor (cash only). Drop-in students must have their own equipment (65 cm exercise ball, bucket /basket, and drumsticks).

Yogalates
In this class, we combine pilates and yoga for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach.
Develop your core strength and stabilization through pilates poses and improve your flexibility, muscular strength,
posture and alignment through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation. Deaneen Merritt instructs the class.
No class March 29. Registration deadline: One week prior to the class start date.

PiYO
PiYO, a mixture of Pilates and Yoga, gives you hard core definition, intense calorie burn and all over strength,
without weights, without jumps and without destroying the body. Deaneen Merritt instructs the class.

Walk 15 Live Southland
WALK 15 LIVE® Southland is the group version of Leslie Sansone’s Walk at Home program. If you haven’t done it before,
get ready for the BIG BURN in CALORIES and a great CARDIO workout. You walk at a good pace and couple
that with aerobics and lively music...JUST FUN and EFFECTIVE, completing the 2 mile/30 minute workout
with “consistency” will increase your mobility, assist in weight loss/body toning, energize you and so much more.
Stephanie Effort instructs the class.

Transformation Boot Camp
This boot camp combines strength training, cardio and circuits. Pushing yourself by combining high intensity
workouts with strength training to boost your metabolism and get you sculpted. Participants will need to bring a
towel, water, gym shoes and mat. After successful completion of boot camp, participant receives a shirt. Program
is taught by Earth in Motion Fitness.

Kids In Motion
Let your children come burn off some energy and learn to love fitness. We design the program to be fun, safe
and effective. Fitness games that help develop hand-eye coordination, build their confidence and strength.
This class includes body weight exercises, yoga, agility, speed and more. Participant will need to bring a towel,
water and gym shoes. Program is taught by Earth in Motion Fitness.
